Behavioral Assessments

Behavioral assessments provide leaders with an effective means of identifying behavioral strengths and critical dysfunctions that impact the organization’s ability to reach its full potential, achieve desired outcomes and enhance value.

Science-based, validated behavioral assessments enhance a leader’s ability to identify and leverage the collective strengths of their most important asset—their people. They equip leaders to develop strategies that mitigate interpersonal dynamics and behaviors that, when not addressed, constrain the organization’s ability to achieve its goals.

Reform Consulting utilizes a broad scope of assessments and tools encompassing:

  • Behaviors (DISC) Measured in four dimensions (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance), DISC measures a person’s action preferences, revealing how an individual will behave

  • Motivators (Driving Forces) Discovers what motivates and engages a person by examining six core motivators on a unique continuum: knowledge, utility, surroundings, others, power and methodologies

  • Competencies (Skills) Examines 25 unique personal skills that identify which skills have been most well developed, providing a prediction of a person’s strengths and weaknesses in the future

  • Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Determines a person’s ability to sense, understand and regulate self and social situations that enable high levels of collaboration and productivity

  • Perception (Acumen) Identifies how a person thinks within three dimensions: feeling, doing and thinking

  • Stress (Stress Quotient) Identifies the causes of stress in individuals and in organizations and how stress affects the overall health, productivity and morale of the entire organization

  • Performance (360ᵒ Performance) Provides multiple-rater performance feedback to support the development of a person’s professional skills
